Maintenance Service Descriptions

SPRING STARTUP
We simply come out and turn your system on.

SPRING SYSTEM CHECK
This service complements your irrigation system's spring startup. After we turn on your system, we'll meticulously inspect each zone. We'll check everything, from the solenoids to the sprinkler heads, ensuring proper operation and identifying any winter damage.

PERIODIC SYSTEM CHECK
We will come out and check your system again to make sure everything is running smoothly. You may not even know we have come until you get the report in your email.

MID-SEASON SYSTEM CHECK WITH TIME ADJUSTMENTS
As temperatures rise during the summer, we will come out to check your system and adjust the run times of each zone to accommodate for higher temperatures and the higher demand for water during hotter months. Let's keep it all looking good.

WINTERIZE SYSTEM
At the end of the season, we'll visit your property to shut down your system and clear the lines of water using compressed air. We'll also drain any water trapped in automatic and manual ball valves. Overlooking these valves can lead to costly damage and expensive repairs come next season.

Special Offers
From time to time, as the season passes, you will receive special offers on other services that we offer. These will come in your email and will be exclusive to Program members.

Priority Scheduling
When you do need our services outside of the Program, we will give you priority scheduling. Most jobs can be done in the next day or two. You won't have to wait to get your work done.

Discounts on Parts and Labor
Discounts are always good. As a Program member, you will receive discounts on both parts AND labor for additional work required on your system. This saves you even more.

After each visit, you'll receive a detailed report outlining our findings, the technician who performed the service, and any recommendations. If no repairs are needed, we'll let you know. If we do find something, we'll include an estimate with your report. Our goal is to keep your irrigation system running smoothly, serving your needs and saving you money.
